A creative spirit launched at an early age.

I think it all started when my 4th grade teacher told me that I had to paint my plaster horse brown....as a child in Kentucky, every child just know this to be fact. I stamped my feet and painted it yellow anyway..this event sparked a rebellious streak that has not slowed, and has shown up in my children as well.  the love natural gemstones of every color has sparked a passion for them in my work, even the brown ones.

p.s. I still love all kinds of horses, even the brown ones.
